Probably the most common fish in NL and of course the fish it is probably the most underrated one here.  This fish can be really amazing depends on how it is treated.  Including Sushi, we as Japanese can offer variety of different way of cooking, and they are great.

I like the teeth….and they do have a big mouth.

When i bring the head to Market, kids are super excited to see the teeth.
